This is to inform you that School will observe summer break as per following schedule :
1. Pre-school –Pre-Primary classes : Summer break will commence from 15-05-2023 to 01-07-2023 and will reopen on Monday, 3/7/2023 .
2. I to VIII : Summer break will commence from 15-05-2023 to 30-06-2023 and will reopen on Saturday, 1/7/2023.
3.  IX to XII : Summer break will commence from 27-05-2023 to 30-06-2023 and will reopen on Saturday, 1/7/2023
Parents are encouraged to –
(1) Maintain a positive learning environment at home.
(2) Encourage the child to read stories
(3) learn home gardening
(4) Indulge in kindness deeds
Parents are requested to ensure timely submission of FEES. This will support the school in smooth functioning

ANNUAL REPORT 2024

My Heartiest Greetings and a warm welcome to the August Gathering  present at Vidyalay’s Campus to grace today’s occasion.

Good afternoon to one and all present over here.

I am extremely honoured to have the privilege to welcome Chief Guest of the day  Sh. Mangat Ram Singhal, Former Minister of NCT Delhi / President of Delhi Gandhi Smarak Nidhi Society under whom the school is functioning smoothly. Sir, your benign presence has graced the occasion. With your  constant support and guidance   the school  has touched the new heights. Respected Sir, on behalf of the school fraternity , we are thankful to you  and School Management.

I also extend my hearty welcome to extremely respected Dr. Bhupender Singh ji(Retd. Director  of SCERT ,Delhi who is  also the advisory member of SMC and all other dignitaries  present over here.

Last but not the least I extend my heartiest welcome to all my valued parents and all other dignitaries  without their support and trust we would not have achieved our goals and objectives of the Vidyalaya i.e “Samarth Chhatra Sashakt Rashtra”

Once again I would like to thank you all for gracing this occasion.

It is my privilege and honor to acknowledge the achievements and hard work of our teachers and students who have made both the school and their parents  proud. It gives me immense pleasure  to announce that students of Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya are excelling  not only  in academics but also in sports, inter- and intra- school competition by winning several positions and  bringing laurels to the school. 

It’s my gentle advice to  all my dear parents that along with academic excellence , they should encourage and motivate their wards to participate in extracurricular activities so that once the child leaves the school he or she confidently faces the new world .

On this occasion, It’s my duty to apprise all of you of the  achievements of the school for the session 2022-23. 

This year has been an eventful year for all of us. Apart from preparing the children  purely academically, special efforts are being made continuously to enable them to face the challenges of the competitive world. We have made great efforts to transform ourselves into the NEP 2020 and have been extremely successful in most of our endeavors. 

    • Academic excellence has always been one of the most important ingredients for the overall development at RSV. RSVians  has achieved the remarkable feat of 100% result in class  X & XII Board Examination 2023. This year
  • Rahul  of XII Sci joined IIT Kanpur .
  • Mahender of XII Sci has joined Maulana Azad Medical College ,Delhi.
  • Shahid of XII Sci  has also joined Govt. Medical College , Haryana.
  • From the minority group ,Sanyam Jain of Class 10 and Shahid Ibrahim of Class 12 Sci were awarded as School Topper, in CBSE Examination 2023,  felicitated by the Delhi Government.

I feel proud to apprise you that many of  the students of vidyalaya brought laurels to the school by receiving a number of awards, certificates and cash prizes in the field of sports, interschool & cultural competitions held at zonal, inter-zonal , state & national level.

In Zonal Competitions 

 Under Junior Category 

  • Manvi Goswami of Class 8-B  grabbed First position in Poem Recitation and  Second Position in inter-zonal competition.
    • Shashwat Dwivedi  of class 6-B  bagged Second Position in English Declamation.
  • Heeya Gupta & Harsha Chawla of class 8-A secured Third position in Hindi Debate .
  • Shikhar of Class VI B got consolation prize in Hindi Declamation competition.

Under Senior Category

  • Umang Saini of Class 11 Sci & Shekhar Tyagi of Class 12 Sci grabbed Second position in Hindi Declamation and Hindi Extempore respectively.
  • At the Zonal Level Volleyball Competition Our School Volleyball boys team bagged First Position.

RSVians brought laurels to Vidyalaya by participating in Globe Science & Environment Olympiad which is an initiative taken by the Indian environmental society whose goal is to promote STEM education which includes Science, technology, engineering & math) Few of these are: 

  • Umang Saini  of class XI Sci  and Rahul of Class XII Sci bagged first Position in  All India Ranker  in Globe Science & Environment Olympiad  and was awarded a medal ,Trophy and cash award of  Rs Five Thousand each.
  • Aman of Class 12 Sci ,Rohan  of Class 11 Sci  and Vedika of Class IX bagged  Second Position along with the cash price of Rs. Three Thousand – each.
  • Drishty of Class 12 Sci bagged Third Position along with the cash price of Rs. Two thousand.
  • Sudhanshu Jha of Class 12 Sci and Kundan Rai of Class XI Sci secured Consolation prize along with the cash prize of Rs. One thousand 

List does not stop here 

    • Ananya  & Sarthak of Class VIII bagged First Position in Futurama of Five organized by Himalaya Public School. 
    • School Bagged 14th Position in all over Delhi for the Plastic Challenge  organized by the United Nations.
  • 12 NCC Cadets of 7th Delhi Girls Battalion attended the camp and also made proud by securing position in Photography competition.
  • This year, for the first time, an International Hindi Olympiad competition was organized in the school by the Hindi Olympiad Foundation.In which about 80 students from class 1st to 8th participated and grabbed  9 Gold  , 7 Silver  and  8 Bronze medals and certificates.

I am extremely happy to inform you that three students of class 3rd have been selected for the second round also.

  • It is also proud to say that Many of our Alumni have joined as faculties in the Govt. Schools, colleges ,  Kendriya Vidyalayas and different forces.

To imbibe our vision Samarth Chhatra and Shashakt Rashtra among our students, School has given platform to the students for startups and  entrepreneurship in which students have already developed their brand in the name of “Hand made Heaven” and Profitably completed  many projects such as Khelo Holi with Organic Color,  Mehndi Art, Hand made Khadi Products.  All these projects were highly appreciated by Parents. 

Under Skill India Training Program, students of class IX prepared an effigy  of Ravana of 10 feet on Dussehra and sold it in the market.

Educational Excursions 

Educational excursions give the exposure to students beyond the school boundaries. By keeping this thing in mind the school had organized excursions for the students from classes Pre-School to XII.

  • Students of Kindergarten visited the  Rail Museum while the Students from Classes I to XII   visited Pratapgarh . 
  •  XI & XII  students also visited Artificial Intelligence Fair held at Pragati Maidan and  to Educational fair in SGT university ,Gurgaon 

Investiture Ceremony:
Our school office bearers were officially sworn in a very impressive investiture ceremony.

If I were to put all the events at RSV in a Nutshell, we encourage a child to observe, to explore ,to analyze, find  the solutions and  finally to hone the skills essential to face the future.  

I would like to culminate by extending our sincere thanks to our valued parents ,teachers, and our supporting staff  who have always supported us throughout the years.

At the end I extend my heartfelt thanks to the Hon’ble Chairman and the School Management for their valuable support and guidance for the functioning of Vidyalaya.


Now it’s time to enjoy and appreciate the cultural programme, presented  by our budding stars followed by Prize distribution .

Various Co-Curricular Activities are held to develop a child physically, morally, socially and mentally and to hone skills in co-scholastic areas. Regular Activities are held in which the students participate and display their caliber.

Earth Day (22-April-2019)

Its a treasure we need to care and conserve for our future. RSV is always in league of creating awareness among our students. In step towards this special assembly was observed on 22nd April 2019 celebrating the Earth Day.

National Panchayati Raj Diwas  (24-April-2019)

RSV on 24 April 2019 very aptly celebrated ‘National Panchayati  Raj Diwas’ to acknowledge their peers how Panchayati Raj works for the betterment of the rural people and it helps in transforming Rural India into a better place to live.

Honouring the Dignity of Labour  (1-May-2019)

Labour’s day was observed in the premises of RSV to show respect and gratitude towards helping hands and Gas stoves were distributed amongst them.

Jal Shakti Abhiyaan Diwas (17-July-2019)

On the occasion of Jal Shakti  Abhiyaaan Diwas , Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya undertook an effort in raising awareness among the students on the need of conserving water and  also harvesting water. This was done by a plantation drive and raising a VERTICAL GARDEN in the surrounding

Flameless Cooking Activity :  (25-07-2019)

Students of classes II-V participated in ‘Flameless Cooking’ activity with enthusiasm and prepared salads , sprouted bhel, sandwiches and deserts to display their culinary skills.

Kargil  Vijay Diwas  (26-July-2019)Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya observed Vijay Diwas to pay homage to our nation’s hero who sacrificed their lives to give us a safe place to live . A tribute wall was prepared by Rsvians and a documentary movie was shown to remind the glorious victory over Kargil.

Tiger Day  (29-July-2019)On the occasion of International Tiger Day  , RSV organized a plethora of activities for the Primary Wing students.

March for Science   (9-Aug-2019)Rsvians have participated in knowledge building program organised by Break Through Science. In Delhi, on 9 August “March for Science “was organized in the banner of IMFS Delhi Organising Committee. The March was started from Vishwa-Vidyalaya Metro Station and culminated at Arts Faculty Gate, North Campus, Delhi University through different colleges.

Science Week (July)

Science week was celebrated by the RSVians where they showcased their scientific skills and symposium was held in the school.

Fit India Movement ( 29-Aug-19)

On National Sports Day i.e on  August 29  , the students of Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya  attended the launch of the nation-wide “Fit India Movement” done by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Science On Wheel : Hands on experience were given to Class IX and X students on various scientific processes which was shown to them by Science on Wheel bus which was catalysed and support by Ministry of Science and Technology.

Swachhata Pakhwada

RSV undertook a cleanliness drive in order to spread the mass awareness about Swachhata Mission and its implementation from 1st Sept to 11th Sept’ 2019. Primary classes students(I to V) took part in various activities which were organised for them like Handwash Campaign, Trimming of Nails, Hygienic Manners of Using Toilet And Drinking Water

Hindi Week ( 9-Sep-19 to 14-Sep-19)

Students of Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya  took the pledge to spread the message of using Hindi by celebrating Hindi Week from 9-Sep-19 to 14-Sep-19.

Gandhi & Shashtri Jayanti  2nd October

On the occasion of the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi & International Day of Nonviolence  students of  RSV participated in an  Inter-Faith Prayer Meet was held on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Gandhi Smriti, 5 Tees January Marg, New Delhi,  the place of the martydm of the Father of the Nation,for  Truth and Non-Violence.

Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya with true spirits came forward to carry out cleanliness drive to collect plastic and aware people to give their contribution in making India Plastic Free.

Promoting the harmony across all communities, Special Assemblies are conducted on a regular basis where all the Festivals irrespective of the religion & following are fondly celebrated.

First Invitational All India Open Roller Skating Championship ( 20-Dec-2019 to 22-Dec-2019)

First Invitational All India Open Roller Skating Championship was organised by Roller Games and Sports Academy  dated 20-Dec-2019 to 22-Dec-2019 at Fatehgarh Churian ,Link Road, Opposite Imerial City, Loharka Road, Amritsar (Punjab).Following students of RSV participated enthusiastically and brought laurels to the school. Students bagged 8 Gold, 9 Silver and 3 Bronze Medals and a trophy for school.

Commerce Week (1- Oct to  5-Oct-2019)

The students of classes XI and XII participated in many thought-provoking activities during Commerce Week i.e. from 1st Oct to 5th Oct, 2019. For class XII, a very fun-filled activity was planned-like ‘ADVERTISTING’, ‘ROLE PLAY ON PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT’, AND EXHIBITION. The ‘Twist’ was that at first, they had to promote their product and then they had to present a depraved picture of it.

Diwali Celebrations  (25-Oct-2019)The festival of light and delights has finally arrived . With high spirits On 25th OCTOBER 2019, in the premises of Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya Diwali was celebrated with great zeal and excitement by one and all .

However to make Diwali extra special and less polluted a rally was run proclaiming the message of  “ABB KI BAAR PATAKHE NAHI DIYE JALANA HAI “.

The whole assembly was made colourful and enlighted by the wonderful Ramleela  by young Rsvians.

Children Day (14-Nov-2019)

RSV celebrated Children’s Day, which marks the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru with enthusiasm and zeal, keeping in mind his words, “I may not have time for adults, but I have enough time for children.”

The students conducted a colourful and enchanting assembly on this occasion.

Cyber Security Awareness Week 2019 (11 to 18 November 2019)

Cyber Security Awareness Week is held to inform the students of the importance of cyber security. This Week was observed from 11 to 18 November 2019 by the students and teachers of Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya This week was  focused on helping all Students as well as Staff be more secure online, by being informed and knowing the simple steps to take to protect themselves, their families, their workplace and their devices. This week based on overarching message- “ Own IT. Secure IT. Protect IT

Constitution Day (26 November 2019)

RSV celebrated 70th Constitution Day on 26 November 2019 to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. Students of class VI did the mass reading of preamble i.e the introduction of the Indian Constitution.

COMMUNAL HARMONY WEEK (19-26 November 2019)

 The communal Harmony week was observed from 19-26 November 2019 by the students and staff of Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya with lot of enthusiasm and zeal . In the week long celebrations, various activities were organized for different classes with the goal of sensitizing them towards India’s multi-ethnic and multi-cultural social fabric.

Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat (Chhatisgarh) 10 December 2019

RSV on 10 December 2019 very aptly conducted a special assembly on Chhattisgarh which  showcased the spirit of ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ and also promoted the communication skills of the students.

Human Right Day

To deny people their human rights is to challenge their very humanity- by Nelson Mandela
Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya observed World Human Rights Day to make children aware of human rights by conducting a special assemblyon 10 December 2019. It is celebrated at this particular date annually to honour the United Nations General Assembly for declaring the human rights universally.

Maths Week Celebration 2019  A MAGIC OF NUMBERS 16-Dec to 22-12-2019

Math is not about numbers, equations, computations or algorithms: it is about understanding’. With an aim to create an interactive and interesting learning of Mathematics , Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya Sr.Sec Hastsal  organised ‘Maths Week’.

Various Activities were organized during the week.  Students played number games, Mathemania ( Maths Quiz) , solved crossword puzzles and Aptitude questions among many other activities. Students also presented the life and work of various famous Indian mathematicians.

Christmas Day Celebrations  (24-Dec-2019)

Christmas is the festival which inspires the spirit of sharing and caring. Soaking in the spirit of this festival, Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya celebrated it with great fervour on December 24, 2019.

The celebration included melodious carols, poem recitation, comedy act, a message conveying skit about the birth of Lord Jesus and lastly, a dance performance followed by the arrival of Santa Claus to add spice and surprise in the programme.

Republic  Day  ( 26-January-2020)

Rashtra Shakti vidyalaya observed 71st republic day on 26th January 2020 in school premises, marked by the true spirit and essence of Indian sovereignty.

A series of cultural activities were conducted. These cultural items included thoughts,  article on the history of Republic day, patriotic songs and poems, dance performance and a skit based on Pulvama attack. The unsung soldiers died in Pulvama were remembered and honoured by this skit.

Basant Panchmi  (30-Jan-2020)

Basant panchmi is an occasion which marks the advent of the spring season and is also celebrated to worship Maa Saraswati – the Goddess of knowledge and wisdom. Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya celebrated this festival on a large scale with fervour and enthusiasm on 30 Jan 2020.

Dental Health Check up (31st Jan, 2020)

On 31st Jan, 2020, oral Dental check up program was organized by Colgate in the auditorium of Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya ,with the sole aim of “Bright Smiles Bright Futures”. 

International Mother Tongue Day  (20-Feb-2020)

In today’s era of globalization, our generation is forgetting the importance of its own mother tongue, which resulted in decline of the status of these languages. Keeping this in view, Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya (RSV) celebrated International Mother Tongue Day to promote these languages. The students conducted a colorful & enchanting assembly on this occasion.

An Educational Excursion To Aeroplanet  (25th November 2019)

RSV organized an educational excursion to Aeroplanet situated at Dwarka for the students of classes3 to 5 on 25th November 2019.

This trip aims at imparting air travel safety etiquette and sports recreation training to students.
