Rashtra Shakti Vidyalaya joyfully celebrated the vibrant festival of Baisakhi on 15th April 2025. The event was organized by Nehru Sadan and showcased the cultural spirit and enthusiasm of the students. The programme commenced with warm and engaging anchoring by Shivansh and Ronak of class VIII B, setting a lively tone for the celebration.

The event began with an inspiring thought presented by Harshita from class X B, followed by an insightful article on the significance of Baisakhi delivered by Shehnaz of class X B. A beautiful poem recited by Harshit of class X B captured the festive spirit and added charm to the event.

A lively skit was performed by the students of classes IV A, IV B, V A, and V B, portraying traditional village life during Baisakhi and promoting values of unity and joy. The highlight of the programme was a colourful and energetic Gidda dance performance by the girls of class VIII A and B, which received great applause from the audience.

The celebration concluded with blessings and encouraging words from respected HOS ma’am, who appreciated the efforts of the participants and emphasized the importance of preserving cultural traditions. The programme was a delightful blend of learning and celebration.
