Honouring the Dignity of Labour

The morning assembly on the occasion of Labour’s Day was conducted with great respect and enthusiasm to honour the hard work and dedication of workers. The assembly began with a meaningful Thought of the Day by Gatik Agarwal of 6 B, which emphasized the dignity of labour and the importance of valuing every individual’s contribution.
This was followed by a positive affirmation presented by Nilansh Tyagi , encouraging students to respect all forms of work and develop a sense of gratitude towards those who help build and support our daily lives.
A short speech was delivered highlighting the significance of Labour’s Day by Kanishka of 6 B, reminding everyone of the struggles and achievements of workers and the need to ensure their rights and well-being.
The assembly was further enriched by a heartfelt poem dedicated to workers by Kamakshi of 10 A, expressing appreciation for their tireless efforts. A group song followed, beautifullyperformed by the students of classes 8 and 9, paying tribute to the workers’ community and spreading a message of unity and respect.
A special highlight of the assembly was the facilitation of the school helpers by the respected Director Ma’am and HOS Ma’am. Their gesture acknowledged the invaluable contributions of the support staff and made the occasion even more meaningful.
